Hall rental is available for meetings, classes, weddings, parties, yoga classes, dog therapy and dog obedience classes. Programs have also included Senior’s cards (500) on Friday nights, dances, and outdoor ice.

CLASS 1: EVENTS WHERE ALCOHOL IS SERVED OR SOLD
1.a. YWAR Operates a Cash Bar & Retains Profits From Bar Sales
Members: $150.00 + damage deposit of $200.000.
Non-Members: $215.00 + damage deposit of $200.00
Additional Service: Tablecloths – please call for up-to-date prices.
1.b. STAG Party – Lessee Operates A Cash Bar
Members: $215.00 + damage deposit of $200.00.
Non-Members: $280.00 + damage deposit of $200.00.
1.c. Private Party With Serving Permit
Members: $150.00 + damage deposit of $200.00.
Non-Members: $215.00 + damage deposit of $200.00.
CLASS 2: EVENTS WHERE ALCOHOL IS NOT SERVED OR NOT SOLD
2.a. Community Service Events
Wakes: $125.00/day + damage deposit of $200.00
Funeral Receptions (up to 4 hours): $ 65.00 + damage deposit of $200.00
2.b. Non-Profit Organizations – Fundraising Events (up to 6 hours)
Organizations within the R.R. #1 Alcove service area:
$125.00 + damage deposit of $200.00
Organizations outside the R.R. #1 Alcove service area:

2.c. Adult or Family Private Party
Members: $200 + damage deposit
Non-members: $250 + damage deposit
2.d. Children’s Birthday Parties (up to 4 hours)

Class 3: MEETINGS: MAIN HALL
3.a. Adult Organizations/Clubs
Lake Associations, etc. within LaPeche: $65.00
CLASS 4: WORKSHOPS AND CLASSES
4.a. Privately Run: A flat fee of $25 will be charged for any class of less than 2 hours duration. This will allow a maximum of two hours for set up, the class and clean up. Any workshop or class of two hours ore more will be charged $15.00 per hour.
4.b. YWAR Programs: No charge
YWAR pays the instructor an agreed upon hourly fee. YWAR sets the cost per participant and may cancel the class or workshop if registration is not sufficient to cover the costs.
CLASS 5: RENTAL RATES FOR FACILITIES OTHER THAN MAIN HALL
5.a. Adult Meetings: “Old Section” (up to 4 hours): $30.00
5.b. Ice Rental: Team sports: $35.00 with consent of lessee to shovel snow off rink/ice if required.
5.c. Table/Chair Rental: 5 tables or less - $100.00 damage deposit required
6 tables or more - $200.00 damage deposit required
Members: No charge
Non-members: $50.00 for up to 5 chairs
$100.00 for 6 chairs or more
CLASS 6: EXCLUSIVE USE FEE:
$400.00 per day (winter)
$200.00 per day (summer)
CLASS 7: ELECTIONS:
$75.00 per booth
