sub3marathoner.com is your one stop shop for sub 3:00 marathon training and racing.  I've run 76 sub3s, broken sub3 every year since 1999 and plan to break sub3 every year til I'm 60 (I'm 47 now).  That means I've got to keep my training consistent and my racing smart.  Twitter is my little training log (no I don't keep a big one) and here I'll drop in some key workouts and race recaps.

bostonmarathoner.com is a modification to the sub3 training regiment and for now, that might be a more realistic goal...or your ultimate goal.  The workouts will get you there, but you've got to be committed and then race smart.
