Fellow Runners,


The Buffalo Stampede 10-miler returned to Sacramento on Sunday. Brendan Ward took seventh place overall, followed soon after by Steve Andrews. Beth Zinkand Michel took fifth in the women's race, followed by Pam Runquist.


At the Golden Gate Park cross country meet, Joannie Siegler led the women, followed by Angie Hart and Jamie Henson. Masters men were led by David Gerner and Craighton Chin. The open men had their strongest showing yet this year, led by the illustrious Nick Siino.
