Weekend Race Results (3/11-3/17)

Fellow Runners,

Lots of missed results from Saturday, March 9: Laurin Beckhusen, Bruce Fisher, and Renvelyn Grey returned to Catalina Island to hike the marathon there. Down in Bear Valley, Jim Farrar competed in a ski race. Closer to home, Coach Brendan Ward ran 1500 meters in under 4.5 minutes at the Aggie Open in Davis.

Last Saturday in Auburn, Scott Sambucci and Martin Sengo ran the Ruck Chuck 50K. In Davis, Angie Hart placed in her age group at the Shamrock'n 5K, followed by Jamie Henson and her young daughter. Caitlin Scott ran the 10K.

On Sunday, Juan Sanchez and Annie Ciernia led GVH in the Shamrock'n half marathon. Pam Runquist won her age group. Angie Hart came back for a double header. Several other GVHers had great races.

Off on their Hawaiian vacation, the Lemaires checked off another half marathon/marathon at the Big Island.

Out in Georgia, Jane Sykes and Zach Mills ran the Atlanta half marathon.
