I am a Professor of Solid Mechanics at Beijing Institute of Technology (B.I.T.), Beijing, China. Before joining B.I.T., I worked as a PostDoc at North Carolina State University, University of Missouri and University of Washington in 2014, 2015 and 2016, respectively. I obtained my Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering at University of Arkansas at Little Rock on Dec. 2013. My main research interests are: Elastic/Acoustic Metamaterials, Subwavelength-scale Wave Control, Vibration/Noise Isolation and Structural Health Monitoring (SHM).
