You need to recruit a trainer in order to train your players.

Just check the today's proposal in the training change and offer him a contract.

Each trainer has a salary, a nationality, a level and eventually a speciality

A 1-star trainer provides 80% of the weekly normal training amount, a 3 star trainer provides 100% of training amount while a 5-stars players gives the best possible training (120% of the normal amount).

On top of that, some trainers know how to train creativity, throw, ruck, leadership, jump or kick. This makes it possible for one of your player to increase his level in this skill.

1- and 2-stars trainers give 0.5 point a week, 3- and 4-stars trainers gives 1 point while 5-stars trainers give 1.5 point a week, regardless the player's age, as long as he's under 30.
