Getting started with OpenMP

I getting started with OpenMP using VS C++ 2008 express compiler. It used OpenMP version 2.0.
my steps were:
1. activated Yes (/OpenMP) in Configuration properties -> C/C++ -> Language -> OpenMP support of project properties.
2. need vcomp.lib, vcompd.lib, omp.h. I took the files from here and add lib path and include path to tool->options->projects and solutions->VC++directories.
3. need vcomp90.dll, vcompd.dll, OpenMP.manifest, if use Debug mode then, copy the files Microsoft.VC90.DebugOpenMP folder to the project’s .EXE directory, if use release mode then, copy the files Microsoft.VC90.OpenMP folder to the project’s .EXE directory too.
if we used VS 2008 Pro then we can obtain the files from /Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0/VC/redist/, else I took from here and here
4. tested real case facedetect ( cvHaarDetectObjects ) OpenCV 1.1pre1a ( OpenMP implemented in haar.cpp ).

here the output ( detection time per frame ) of 0.3MP NEC integrated webcam input ( in intel dual core @1.60Ghz ):
