Manuel Luján

My research is focused on the phylogenetics of the neotropical genus Clusia. I'm interested on three main aspects of the evolution in this group: the phylogenetic relationships of Clusia and its closest related genera (Chrysochlamys, Tovomita, Tovomitopsis and Dystovomita), the morphological diversity of the uncommon resin production system present in some lineages and the mating system, which remains completely unknown for many species.
