What's Happening

Men's Bible Study

Every Thursday night, 7pm, in Triad Apt. A45
our men's Bible study is held.

Here's some more info:

As Christian men, we need to understand and apply what God is teaching us in the Bible and in our lives about Faith, Love, Responsibility, Humility and Wisdom.

The goal of Momentum is to provide a circuit of men who listen, speak, read and live God’s word for, with and to each other and for God’s glory, so we are better equipped to follow the plan He has made for us.

In order to accomplish these goals, we plan to meet at least once every week when at all possible to share what God has been doing in our lives, pray for and with one another, and examine the word of God.

Disciplinary policies in reference to the RCF constitution.

Bible Verses for our study:

Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes. ~ Ephesians 6:11 (NIV)

The soul who sins shall die. The son shall not suffer for the iniquity of the father, nor the father suffer for the iniquity of the son. The righteousness of the righteous shall be upon himself, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon himself. ~ Ezekiel 18:10 (NIV)

Whoever conceals his transgressions will not prosper, but he who confesses and forsakes them will obtain mercy. ~ Proverbs 28:13 (NIV)

    Women's Bible Study

Every Monday night, 9:15 we will be holding our women's Bible study.  Check out our Event Calendar to see where it is being held each week.

Here's some more info:

As Christian women we need to have a whole-hearted and loving devotion to God. We must abide in Him and allow His word to penetrate our hearts. In addition, we must be willing for God to change the way we view ourselves and act towards others.

The groups main goal is to bear fruit and thus more closely exemplify God’s character. Other goals are to allow God’s peace to outweigh our fears and to boldly be a light unto others.

In order to accomplish these goals, we plan to meet once a week to examine God’s word, encourage and pray for one another, and share about how God is moving in our lives.

Disciplinary policies in reference to the RCF constitution.

Bible Verses for our study:

Remain in me, as I also remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me. ~ John 15:4 (NIV)

Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. ~ Philippians 4:6-7 (NIV)

“You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.”  ~Matthew 5:14-16 (NIV)
