Clay Moore

Clay Moore, owner of Route 66 Auto Auction (also known as El Reno Auto Auction), has been in the retail auto business for over 30 years.  He began his career with Bob Moore in 1978 and worked his way up to General Manager (New Car Dealer for over 10 years) and finally to Partner in 1998. 

"I have always tried to run a quality business by utilizing the best employees in every aspect of the business.  You are only as good as your people."

Clay has been married to his lovely wife, Cyndi for over 30 years and has 3 grown sons. Clay and Cyndi are very active in Council Road Baptist Church where Clay helps teach Sunday school. 

Brett Odell

Auctioneer of Route 66 Auto Auction of El Reno, Brett has been auctioneering for over 25 years.  He has auctioned everything from automobiles to exotic animals an d everything in between.  He got hs start in the auto auction business by working the ring for Joe Haller.

Brett has always admired auctioneers:  Gene Radcliff, David Keller and John Collins.  He has tried to pattern his auctions style from them as much as possible.  Brett has an extreme gift to talk fast and make it entertaining as well. If he knows you in the crowd, he will carry on a conversation with you in between numbers.  He can auctioneer in English as well as Spanish to accommodate all parties in the bidders market.

Brett's residence is in Asher, Oklahoma, where he lives with his wife Debbie.  He owns and operates a 350-head registered Angus ranch that is known for producing winners in prestigious shows, including Denver.  The Odells have two daughters, Jordan and Makinzie and a son, Matthew.

Brett's future goals include talking fast as well as spending time with his kids playing softball, tee ball, and basketball.  He will also be known to find an Angus cattle show from time to time as well.

Greg Barnes

Greg lives in in the Southwest Oklahoma town of Hobart. He’s been married for 29 years to his high school sweetheart Tina, and they have two sons together. Their oldest son, Trevor, works for Oklahoma Natural Gas, and the youngest works for the US Postal Service.

Greg got his start auctioneering in 1987 when he went to the International College of Auctioneering in Davenport, Iowa. Greg and his father opened the Ardmore Auto Auction where he began his career in auctioneering. For several years, Greg would often work as many as 7 auctions a week.

On Wednesdays, you can find Greg working the New Car Trades at the Oklahoma Auto Exchange. On Thursdays you can admire his talents at the Dealers Auto Auction where he auctions the Dealers Trades, GSA sales and Closed Factory Sales. Herb Pledger

Herb started working auto auctions in 1988 fresh out of auctioneer school. Herb has worked numerous auto auctions including Dealers Auto Auction of OKC, Dallas Auto Auction, Midwest City Auto Auction, Central Arkansas Auto Auction, Sunnylane Auto Auction, Oklahoma Auto Auction, Wichita Auto Auction, Oklahoma Auto Exchange, and our Route 66 Auto Auction.
