What do we do?  Plenty!

Each month during the school year, the Breakfast Rotary Club selects one local high school senior as our Student Leader of the Month.

In June, one of these students is selected as our Student Leader of the Year, and receives a college scholarship.

Rotarians at the Lugnuts Ballgame
Every year we (Rotarians and Friends of Rotary) go to the Lugnuts Ballgame and support our local team.  We have a lot of fun and celebrate the great summer coming to an end.  Pictures listed below of a few people in attendance.

Rotarians serving Cascades Humane Society
Every year we (Rotarians and Friends of Rotary) support our furry friends at the Cascades Humane Society - Paws in the Park.

Big Brothers Big Sisters Skating Party
Together with Bigs and Littles, the Jackson Breakfast Rotary Club skates the night away at Allskate in Jackson during this annual night out for BBBS (above)  On the first Thursday in February, Rotarians invite Bigs and Littles to a free skating party with pizza and refreshments provided by the club.

Michigan Center Halloween Party
The Rotary Club sponsors a free Halloween party every year.  In 2010, the Jackson Breakfast Rotary Club helped with games, costume contest judging, and event setup and tear-down.

Rotary Radio Days
As a club fundraiser, Rotarians ask community businesses and organizations to sponsor 30-second radio ads.  Jackson Radio Works donates air time in December so that club members can read the spots live on air.

Interfaith Shelter
Breakfast Rotarians proudly serve lunch twice each month, every month at Jackson’s homeless shelter.
