Before you Book!


New clients are asked to complete a general health questionnaire prior to treatment which can be emailed to you for you to print out and complete at home in advance of your session or filled out on the day as you wish. It is part of my care to you as a client that I have as full a picture of your current health as possible in order to give you the best and most effective, safe treatment. All details taken are treated as strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third party unless required by law. There is a  10-15 minute consultation before each session.





A few things to consider before booking a mobile treatment

  • You will need to decide upon a room or area within your home where you are unlikely to be disturbed, one that is preferably warm and quiet. Make sure that any other person or animal that you share your home with understands that you need quiet time.
  •  If you choose a Reiki session, bear in mind that the room needs to be big enough to accommodate a massage table with space for me to walk around all sides of it.
  • If you choose Lotus Blossom Indian Head Massage, as it is a seated treatment less space is needed. I will bring my own stool for you to sit on or alternatively you may have a chair or footstool that you prefer to use.  As the massage is carried out through clothing, please wear a collarless light top or t-shirt.
  • Please allow for approximately 20-30 minutes extra to the treatment time for consultation and set up of equipment, i.e. If you book 1 hour of Reiki, allow about 1½ hours in your schedule for the appointment.
  • Please obtain the consent of your Doctor prior to having a massage if you are taking any prescribed medication or have any health concerns. The treatments that I offer are complementary in nature and are not a substitute for orthodox medical or psycho therapeutic treatment.

  • Once you have chosen which home visit you require and have pre-booked the appointment with me, you will receive a reminder by text 24 hours prior to your appointment.


Booking/Cancellation Policy

Please note that at least 24 hours notice is required for change/cancellation of a booking. Bookings can be made from one to 28 days in advance only. Payment must be made in full on the day of your appointment for any treatments received by you, either by cash or cheque payment. Should you prefer to pay in advance for your home visit by Paypal or debit/credit card, please arrange your appointment first and then use the pre-pay buttons on the treatment charges page. If you are booking a course of three treatment sessions, these must be arranged within six months of pre-payment. Thank you for your cooperation.
