Rong-Peng Liu (刘荣鹏) received the B.E. degree in electrical engineering from Shandong University, Jinan, China, in 2014, the M.S. degree in electrical engineering from Tianjin University, Tianjin, China, in 2017, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical and electronic engineering from the University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong SAR, China, in 2021. He is currently a Postdoc in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at McGill University, Montreal, QC, Canada. From 2019 to 2020, he was a Visiting (Ph.D.) Scholar at McGill University. He is a member of IEEE PES Energy Internet Coordinating Committee.  His research interests include the resilience, cybersecurity, and distributed operation of power systems and integrated energy systems.
