My name is Ronald Vega and I am a third year doctoral student at George Mason University in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.  In 2011, I received my Master's degree in I/O Psychology. In 2009, I graduated from Penn State with a B. S. in Psychology (Quantitative skills specialization) with highest distinction.  My faculty advisor is Seth Kaplan.  Currently I am involved in a few research projects about various topics includling team communication, metaperceptions and creativity. My current interest is learning about the experience of teleworking and its effects on work outcomes.Previous work experience includes a summer internship at the Educational Testing Service, teaching assistant for graduate level statistics, and serving as an external consultant assessing the quality of a telework program implementation.
