The festival approaches from several perspectives a series of topics that address issues present in contemporary Latin America and the Latino communities living in the United States and Canada. Topics: Media and independent media, displacement, creative communities and grass roots groups, environmental awareness and activism, adverse subjectivity, conflicted memory, and Cultural Celebration.
