Grades 4 and 5
I wanted us to start thinking again about graphic novels and the graphic comic project that we were working on in February and March.
Today, we will focus on the Jeff Kinney/Dav Pilkey webcast from Scholastic. (A really fun presentation from two of our favorite authors.) We will also explore the websites for these two authors.
The webcast was an April 10th suggested activity on the library activity calendar, so if you already watched it; you may choose to watch again or move on to the optional activity.

- Recall information that you learned while watching the webcast and exploring the authors' websites.
- Write down as many ideas that you remember about writing/illustrating a good graphic novel story.
- Write down exciting/interesting things that you noticed on the authors' websites.
