The sun shines almost all year round in Rocky Point. The weather is one of the main reasons people visit Rocky Point home rentals and rent a home with Rocky Point Mexico beach front rentals . Rocky Point Condo rentals visitors may experience only 2 inches of rain a year so a dry trip with plenty of sunshine is pretty much guaranteed.

For most of the year visitors with Rocky Point Condo rentals will have days that are sunny and warm. During the winter months the days are warm. The summer months, especially June through September can be warm because the 90-degree plus temperatures combine with high humidity.
However, because the water temperature is above 80 degrees and here is almost always an ocean breeze to produce pleasant evenings, some people find this time of the year to be their favorite.

Much like the rest of the southwest, the climate in Penasco is characterized by average temps in the 50-100 degree range, depending on season, and is marked by seasonal storms and high-weather seasons.

The Sonoran region in general - being a desert situated next to an ocean/source of humidity, yet pockmarked with areas of high elevation change - is characterized by temperature swings that can make the nights unseasonably cold compared to the day's blistering heat.

From January to May - 'Spring' - you can expect an average of 60-80 degrees Fahrenheit.

From May to August - 'Summer' - you can expect 80 to 105 degrees Fahrenheit. Summer days can be uncomfortably hot as the humid air and heat combine into a sweltering climate.

From August to Dec - 'Fall/Winter' - you can expect 60-75 an average degrees Fahrenheit

The Sonoran region's summer rains are typically short and heavy

Winter rains tend to be longer and lighter.
