Information

How to Join
Come to the Meridian Ranch Recreation Center at about 6:15 PM on a Monday or Wednesday night and tell the front desk you would like to try the class for two weeks free - that's it!  Please note that children under 12 must have a parent participating in the class.

Cost
Please refer to the overview handout attached below for cost information.  We are volunteer instructors and the class fee structure reflects this.  All fees go towards supporting the class in some manner.  We like to say "Tae Kwon Do is very expensive - you will pay a lot in time and sweat!"  Teaching Tae Kwon Do is our passion and avocation.  And we don't do contracts.

Class Information
The goal of Tae Kwon Do training in our style, Chung Do Kwan, is the full development of an individual's physical potential.  Concentration is in the study of blocks, kicks and punches designed to develop skill in the Korean art of self-defence.  Although the unification of mind, body, and spirit is central to any martial art, the emphasis at Rocky Mountain Chung Do Kwan is the mastery of Tae Kwon Do through vigorous physical training.

A class information handout can be downloaded from this page below under "Attachments."

Here is a video about our style and heritage featuring some of today's top instructors.   People in the video are personal friends of RMCDK instructors.
