Swim Schedule

First swim of the season will be Sunday Sep 23.


ROCKSWIM will utilize, for the 2018/2019 swim season, the following pool workout times:


Sundays      5:45 - 6:45 pm Aquarena Masters Lane swim (5 lanes)


Mondays     7:45 - 9:00 pm Aquarena Masters Lane swim (8 lanes) 


Wednesdays    8:30 - 9:30 pm MUN Pool (5 lanes)


The length and intensity of the workouts will be as follows:

 

            Workout Length per hour: 2400-4000 m. 

            Focus is on stroke technique and speed.
