  • Time: 45 min game with 2 21-min halves and a 3-min halftime
  • Pulls: inverted
  • Time outs: 1 per game. 60 seconds and does not stop clock. Cannot call time out within 5 mins left in half

Rule Updates
  • 9/26/16: Assessing Points. Clocks will start at 8:10 and 9:05, respectively, for games. After one minute of game delay, teams may start assessing points at the rate of one point per minute.
  • 10/27. Injuries stop play but do not count as a time out.
  • 10/27 Updated. Each team has one time out per game. Time outs are 60 seconds long and do not stop the clock. Only the player with possession of the disc may call a timeout, and they cannot be called in the last five minutes of the game.  Any player can sub on a time out except for the player who called the time out.
  • 10/18. Foot blocks are not allowed.
  • 10/13: When the sideline has a net divider, a disc played off the divider is in bounds. However, a player whose body comes in contact with the divider upon completion is out of bounds.
