Executive Director Barry Lynn will be retiring at the end of this year after a remarkable 25 years of service to Americans United. It is our good fortune that Barry has agreed to return to Rochester in October to present his perspective on the state of church/state separation under the Trump administration.

In his talk, which is titled “The Trump Administration Really, Truly Hates Separation of Church and State,” Barry will point out all the ways the present administration has tried to thwart efforts to maintain the separation of church and state.

To celebrate Barry’s retirement, cake and coffee will be served after his talk, giving audience members the opportunity to thank him for his years of outstanding service to the organization, which for 70 years, has led the fight to maintain church/state separation.

This event sponsored by the Rochester Chapter of AU.
