WELCOME TO THE 2016 CROSS COUNTRY SEASON!!

STUDENTS SHOULD LISTEN TO AFTERNOON ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR WEATHER CANCELLATIONS.  PARENTS WILL BE NOTIFIED THROUGH THE DAILY AFTERNOON EMAIL.

GREEN FORMS (HEALTH FORMS) Are required on the first day of practice.  No one can participate without a Green Form.  It is available from this website. 
 

ATHLETIC FEE:  $250.00  Due by 9/12/16  Checks made out to:  AB ATHLETICS

UNIFORMS:  Will be given to each athlete new to XC.  7th graders and New 8th graders Please fill out your athlete's T-SHIRT size and return by 9/12/16!  Returning 8th graders please use last years shirts for meets.  Sizes are all Adult.

PRACTICES:  Monday-Friday  2:20-3:45pm    BRING A WATER BOTTLE  and a WATCH

HOME MEETS ARE ON Campus! The Start of the Meet is located at the Lower Fields at the High School (Not NARA Park)    Meets typically end by 4:30-4:45. 

AWAY MEETS -Busses take athletes to and from meets. Busses will leave RJ Grey approximately 2:40pm and return between 5:30 and 6:00pm.  Please pay special attention to the bus note policy for picking up your athlete at an away meet. Forms are on the website that must be filled out for Each Away Meet  Forms must be submitted in the MORNING at the front office AND signed by a Junior High Administrator. Busses return to RJ Grey approximately 5:30. Coaches CANNOT leave until the LAST athlete has been picked up.  Please be prompt to pick up your athlete.  

VOLUNTEERS:  We will need volunteers at HOME MEETS.  Please fill out the volunteer form and return to coaches.  Or email us.  We love the help
