nature happening event with fantastic details.

The stories are spun by the contents of the probable and the observed past. The narratives are interwoven between the narration and the truthful observations of nature that brings together two characteristics or different dual phenomena; as participant in the peripheries and as an observer in the full possibilities of props. Narratives are included as a chronology of alternatives readings. Each can be read in its individual case or built in a chain tied with reading schemes to come up with a common theme. Topics can be dispersed between a psychological study, a narrative, a discreet link and historical returns interlaced with the quasi observed reality.

The collective experiences have been refined through a filter that imparts an  interwoven symbolism into the narrative. The short stories reintegrate the reader as a vicarious participant. Parsimony or sluggish, but not frugality in the narration sets the compendium of brief narratives that weave a network of links between historical events, the collective past and the present events. The short narratives collection does not fix a direct relationship with specific characters, but with characters built in hybrid morphology.

RRivera Berrios shares his time with teaching and writing. In his writing the author addresses topics from an omniscient point of view to recreate scenes from everyday life. His narratives explore the subtleties of the observations about the conduct, the environment with the reactions to the social, emotional and psychological conditions, while it outlines a detailed narrative. Rivera-Berrios mixes the real with the likely potential, to create a reality that could be. His stories borrow from the past, present reality, and those which in the making could be. He employs a meticulous language detail to coax the reader and make it participate in a reality confined within the reading.  In his efforts to create a reading where words paint the scenes, Rivera Berrios opts for a picturesque language which is easy and supports the identification of the characters who took their characteristics on loan from what was actually observed.



Rivera Berrios comparte su tiempo con la pedagogía y la escritura. En su escritura el autor aborda los temas desde un punto de vista omnisciente para recrear escenas de la vida cotidiana. Las narraciones exploran las sutilezas de las observaciones en la conducta, el entorno con las reacciones frente a las condiciones sociales, afectivas y psicológicas, mientras esboza una narración detallista.  Rivera-Berrios mezcla lo real con lo potencialmente probable, para crear una realidad que pudo ser. Sus narraciones toman prestado de la realidad pasada, presente y la que en ciernes pudiese ser. Él emplea en su lenguaje un detalle minucioso para encerar al lector y tornarlo participe en la realidad confinada dentro de la lectura. En su empeño   de crear una lectura donde las palabras pintan las escenas, Rivera Berrios opta por un lenguaje pintoresco que es fácil y apoya la identificación de los personajes que tomaron las características en préstamo de lo realmente observado.
