Fitness, Agility & Specialized Training (F.A.S.T. Program)

If you answered YES to any of the above questions, then the F.A.S.T. Program is for you.

The F.A.S.T. Program is available to any student athlete in any sport. Saturday session runs during summer or winter months at an indoor facility. The program offers players an opportunity to train like a high performance athlete to develop their game and skills prior to the upcoming season.

Delivered by experienced coaches, F.A.S.T. Program is designed to identify and help you to achieve your fitness goals. The program encompasses on and off field education strategies, and will fast track your athletic development.

  • Academy training kit
  • Core, Unit and Position Specific Skill Development sessions
  • Team-based Strength, Conditioning and Speed sessions
    Physical testing analysis
  • Training analysis and documented feedback
  • Nutrition advice
  • Psychological development sessions
