January 2014 for Fleet, Hampshire
Over the forecast period temperatures are expected to be slightly above the Central England Temperature (CET) average.
Above average is expected,
1/01 to 7/01
The weather pattern is very likely to continue with low pressure centres to continue to track Northeast from Southwest between Scotland and Iceland bringing spells or rain then clearer spells with showers and temperatures will be around normal or just above in this week
8/01 to 14/01
The run of Southwest winds may soon be running out of steam as pressure builds to the Northeast over Sweden. Winds around High pressure areas go around in a clockwise direction and this may push further west into the British Isles bringing dryer air but often colder conditions
15/01 to 31/01
During this stage the weather has settled down a bit but overnight may become cold and frosty. We may see some of the lowest temperatures of the season over this period and later in the month there could be a chance of a spell of snow before it turns back to rain.
Any guesses what February will be like?
