"Cultivating A Growth Mindset"

While our institutions focus on helping our students learn, let’s use this time to tap our own growth and potential. Understanding and developing your own mindset, not only is possible and necessary, but will bring out the best in each of us.

Our unique blend of speakers –a neuroscientist and a workplace learning & development professional will engage you in clearly understanding brain science with highlighted research by Stanford Professor Dr. Carol Dweck on “Mindsets.” By cultivating a “growth” mindset vs a "fixed" mindset each of us can increase our talent and abilities, seek challenges, learn through mistakes, be persistent in the face of setbacks, and be inspiring to ourselves and each other.

In this workshop, our knowledgeable, down-to-earth, and energizing presenters, Princy and Nancy will engage you in reflection, discussion and real-life actions you can take to cultivate a growth mindset.
