Hunsinger Racing and Motorsports Marketing of Stevensville, PA, is an established racing team dedicated to promoting our sponsors. We will have one dirt late model racing a limited schedule at McKean County Raceway in East Smethport, PA, and a full schedule at Little Valley Speedway in Little Valley, NY. As well as competing in the United Late Model Series, Regional Racing Series, and other special events at various regional race tracks. We will also have three IMCA Modifieds competing in full schedules at Redline Raceway in Granville, PA., and a partial schedule at Skyline Raceway in Blodgett Mills NY.
Our team also participates in numerous motorsports attractions throughout the year in New York and Pennsylvania. Through these and other special events, we will have access to thousands of potential customers. It is our firm belief that Hunsinger Racing and Motorsports Marketing can offer a more cost effective promotional program than traditional means of advertising. The different types of promotional programs we offer will be detailed in the following sections of this package and can be customized to fit your specific business needs. As you read through the following pages we sincerely hope that you keep in mind that we are as dedicated to supporting our sponsors as we are to succeeding in the field of motorsports.
As stated before, Hunsinger Racing and Motorsports Marketing is dedicated to supporting our sponsors. As a sponsor, this section is possibly the most important to you. We will now explore several key benefits that we can offer you.The first is the use of on track exposure. Your name or logo will be prominently displayed, which means that every fan will see that you sponsor our team. Racing fans tend to be the most loyal group of consumers and prefer sponsoring businesses to non-sponsoring businesses. This alone will contribute to your customer base.
Another benefit of choosing us as a marketing partner is the off-track exposure. We haul our cars on open trailers, therefore, every time we travel, be it to a track, down the highway, at a gas station or a restaurant, we will be acting as a traveling billboard for your business.
We also offer exposure through car and trade shows, local carnivals and parades, as well as driver and car appearances. This means that we would advertise for you at special racing and non-racing events throughout New York and Pennsylvania. Many of these events will have thousands in attendance.
We will also come to your business, at your request, to promote your special events. This would bring many race fans to your business and show the fans and the general public your support of racing. The actual details of this can be tailored to fit your specific business needs and we welcome any ideas that you may have to make these events successful.
Another exciting benefit we offer is our merchandising program. Your business name and logo would appear on items such as racing apparel, hats, tee shirts, autograph cards, pictures, and posters, as well as various other items as appropriate. These items would be made available at races and special events whenever possible.
Through our own personal website, your name and logo would have the potential of reaching an unlimited number of people. We also plan to send press releases to various nationally known racing related news websites, which will include your name and logo.
The seventh benefit we offer is in the area of print advertising and media. Through press releases and various advertisements, we will continually remind the public of your business and your support of our team. As we have stated before, race fans are loyal customers.
We also offer trackside promotions through the use of autograph sessions, sponsor announcements, sponsor nights, and more depending on your needs. You and your employees would also be welcomed into the pits to contribute to the promoting of your business.
The last key benefit in this section is literature distribution. As a sponsor, your name and logo would appear on our business cards, autograph cards, team programs, and other miscellaneous handouts. These handouts would be distributed at all of the events we attend.
