I am a Distinguished Professor of Counseling at Sam Houston State University and a Texas State University System Regents' Professor. My interests include Adlerian, cognitive, constructivist, humanistic-existential, and systemic theories and applications to counseling with individuals, couples, and groups; supervision; education; and leadership. I am also interested in ethical, religious & spiritual issues related to various aspects of counseling.
