The Advanced Research Program offers students the opportunity to select a topic of research and design an original research study or creative production. Students learn advanced-level research methodologies and college-level writing and oral presentation skills. There are two courses that are offered: Independent Research and Intern/Mentor. Both teach research skills, but Intern/Mentor combines classwork with a work site experience in the student's field of interest.
If you have questions about this program or student placement in advanced level classes, you can contact Ms. Kucik at janine_kucik@hcpss.org
