Outdoor Track

Spring brings outdoor Track & Field season for Middle School students. Beginning in mid-March and continuing through April and May, students will be participating with their school teams. As in Cross Country season, our club provides supplemental conditioning and post-season competition opportunities beyond the scholastic programs.

Pre-Season -
Our Indoor Track & Field program is a fun way to introduce young athletes to the various events prior to outdoor season. Kids get to try various race distances, relays, and field events. Experienced members will benefit from maintaining fitness and practicing skills throughout the winter months. In February we begin a pre-season fitness program aimed at building strength and endurance prior to the school competition season. 

In-Season - 
Weekend distance runs maintain endurance and club friendships. 

Post-Season -
Runners interested in Junior Olympic competition will have club support in preparation and training.
