- A special issue of World Englishes (co-edited by Lucía Loureiro Porto, Cristina Suárez Gómez and me) on Morphosyntactic Variation in World Englishes will appear in 2019. It features papers presented at a pre-conference workshop during BICLCE 2017 (7th Biennial International Conference on the Linguistics of Contemporary English, Vigo, 28-30 September 2017) as well as additional invited papers.
- We have had a successful workshop on English in India and Indian Englishes: New Horizons in the Study of Phonetics and Phonology (on 7 September 2018, Hyderabad, India). Thank you to all presenters and participants!
- An edited volume consisting of selected contributions from a workshop on Speech Rhythm in L1, L2 and learner varieties of English at BICLCE 2017 (7th Biennial International Conference on the Linguistics of Contemporary English, Vigo, 28-30 September 2017) will appear in early 2019 in Springer's Prosody, Phonology and Phonetics series.
- A special issue (co-edited by Valentin Werner and me) of the International Journal of Learner Corpus Research on Tense and Aspect in Second Language Acquisition and Learner Corpus Research: The special issue (published in late 2018) consists of selected papers presented at a pre-conference workshop during the 12th Teaching and Language Corpora (TaLC) conference in Giessen, and additional invited papers
