Our training placements benefit young people (12+) who are excluded or likely to be excluded from school or college, or for whatever reason find accessing the school curriculum a struggle.
We take on the most challenging individuals, including young offenders, with difficulties including behavioural issues, low levels of basic skills, health problems, learning difficulties and family problems.
We have an excellent record for increasing the engagement, work skill levels, self esteem and social interactions of our students.
Each placement is tailored to the needs of the young person.
Young people can expect to be treated as a member of the team, to learn about important aspects of the working world and to go home feeling righteously tired after a hard day's work.
