Part-time position for undergraduate or graduate students interested in working with residents on campus as a promoter of personal growth and development. Responsibilities include: Programming, Emergency Response, Counseling and Advising, Leadership and Government, Community Standards, implementing our Community Development Model, Communication, Staff Team Development, System Wide Initiatives, Liaison with other Departments, Policy, Professionalism, Additional Responsibilities. 
Qualifications to be an RA:
At the point of assuming the position of RA, you need to…
  1. Have at least sophomore standing by Fall  (Juniors and above preferred)
  2. Have at least a 2.5 cumulative GPA
  3. Have full-time student status for the duration of the 2015-2016 academic year

Selection of RAs is based on:

  1. Review of your RA Application
  2. Results from your RA Interviews and Group Process
  3. Review of your Reference Letters.
