I have started working towards PhD in Computer Science since September. Previously, I was working at Arista Networks, where I was involved in developing and maintaining features for various networking protocols. I have a good working knowledge of RIP( Routing Information Protocol) and IS-IS( Intermediate System to Intermediate System). I have also dabbled in BGP some.

I obtained my Masters by Research from IISc under the supervision of Prof. K. Gopinath. I worked on the problem of storage migration in the context of desktop users. The technique I used here was to collect and consider patterns of user accesses to determine data that needs to be transferred. The problem as well as the technique I came up with is described in detail in my thesis here.
