I put this page together while a friend and I tried to open a small brewpub in Sun Prairie, WI in 2008-2009. If you're interested in our startup experiences, you can read about them at the RePublic Brewpub weblog. Since we dissolved the business, I've used this site primarily to share calculations and presentations with other brewers. The RePublic weblog contains a number of posts about brewing science, which I continued to write about in the Five Gallons At A Time feature at Madison Beer Review. I presented the material in a homebrewing context, but a lot of it applies to commercial brewing. Finally, please note the files and weblog posts are snapshots in time and may contain outdated information.
