BOOKINGS

You can make a booking by sending a email to RentInTestaccio@goolemail.com. We will then reply to you with a booking form for you to complete.

PAYMENTS

After we have received the completed booking form, we will email you instructions on how to make the necessary deposit (ranges from 30-100% of total depending on the amount of time prior to the rental start date). We ask you to do this within 2 days after which RentInTestaccio has the right to cancel the booking. If you have difficulties with making the payment within 2 days, please contact us to arrange an extension.

For all bookings in Rome arriving within 30 days from the booking date the deposit corresponds to 100% of the rental.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations communicated to RentInTestaccio with a notice period of more then 30 days prior to arrival, will receive 85% reimbursement of the paid deposit.

Cancellations made within 29 days of arrival will forfeit the entire deposit. In the case where the paid deposit is greater than 30% then only 30% will be retained and the balance returned to the Client.

If the Client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.  

As a precautionary measure, we recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance to cover any eventual financial loss due to unforseen circumstances which may cause him/her to cancel.

BOOKING AMENDMENTS

Once a booking has been confirmed, any changes made to a booking that entail a shorter stay will carry a service fee equal to 25% of the nightly rate, multiplied by the number of nights the stay has been decreased by.

BEHAVIOUR, PARTIES AND NOISE

Please remember that the apartments are located in a residential building. There are a large number of families and older people living in the building so we ask that you respect their privicy and do not make excessive noise. Under no circumstances are parties permitted.

NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS

The number of persons occupying the property may under no circumstances exceed that specifically agreed at the time of the reservation and that appears on your voucher.

UTILITIES

Utilities are included in the dailiy rental.

BED LINEN, TOWELS AND CLEANING

The cost of bed Linen, towles and cleaning is included in the quoted prices.

VOUCHERS

Once we receive your deposit we will email a voucher which you are required to print and carry with you. The voucher contains important information such as property address, contact details, amount paid and balance due on arrival. If you do not receive your voucher within 3 days of payment, you must contact RentInTestaccio by email or request a call back so we can arrange for a voucher to be re-sent in a different format.

ARRIVAL FORM

Once a booking has been made, we ask all clients to fill out an arrival form which will give us your arrival details allowing us to arrange a time for you to be met by our representative at check in.

CHECK IN TIME

You can check into your property between 14:00 (2pm) and 21:00 (9 pm). This allows for the cleaning staff to make the apartment ready for you after check out by previous guests.

CHECK OUT TIME

Check out must be done by 10:30 am. We can try to accommodate later check out when possible, however please be prepared to check out at 10.30 am.

ALTERATIONS & CANCELATIONS BY RentInTestaccio

If, for any reason beyond our control, RentInTestaccio is unable to provide the booked property, we reserve the right to accommodate the Client and his party in another other property which will be of equal or greater quality.

If the Client does not wish to accept this change, the booking will be cancelled and the amount paid to be refunded in full. The Client will be reimbursed the difference if the new appartmetn is smaller; if it is higher, nothing is due. RentInTestaccio will not be liable for any further obligations or claims by the Client.
