Temperature stabilised at 161 degrees - did not climb any higher, probably because of heat loss through the washer and bolts (bolt heads reached 100+ degrees.
Warmed up heater to target 240 degrees.
Temperature reached 165 degrees but silicon touching resistors started to smoke. Test aborted.
It looks like the resistors do not have enough contact to transfer the heat, heat up over 250, and burn the silicone. Needs to be more surface in contact/ better heat transfer.
