This is the official site of The Mark Louis Williams and Victims of Homicide Memorial Foundation, an outreach organization that has served the Lower Algiers Community and Greater New Orleans since 1994.

The Founder, Eloise Williams, has represented the foundation in the local community and internationally where she has received continued support and recognition for her timeless efforts. Under her guidance, the Foundation has a well documented, unfailingly proven track record of  outreach and support of victim's families and loved ones.

No stranger to tragedy, she began this mission of mercy after the murder of her son, Mark Louis Williams, and her work continued through the tragic loss of several other family members to violence, including another son, a grandson, and a sister.  When Eloise embraces the survivors of a homicidal tragedy, they become well aware that she truly understands their pain and suffering as someone who's been there.

The road from personal tragedy to community outreach has been a sorrowful but fulfilling and rewarding experience, and Ms Williams has poured out her heart and resources unselfishly and without reservation.

Please join us in celebrating her courage and dedication as a grassroots community leader in our community and a world champion of the cause of the neglected victims of violence.
