About Regina Dawson
A certified Pilates instructor since 1999, Regina has taught many clients for over 25 years in both Georgia and California ranging from athletes, professional ballet dancers, stay at home moms, injury rehab (post physical therapy release) and adolescents.
In 1998, she was accepted into an intensive training course with Master Pilates Instructor, and Joseph Pilates protégé, Romana Kryzanowska. After the seminar, she acquired 600 hours of apprenticeship work in Atlanta, New York and Pasadena.

July 1998-January 1999: At the Pilates Certification Center at the Atlanta Ballet, Atlanta, Georgia ~At that time, one of the six official Pilates Certification Studios in the U.S. affiliated with the original Pilates Studio in New York, participated in 75 classes before applying and being accepted into the training program. Once accepted, attended a 12 day intensive training course with Master Pilates Instructor, and Joseph Pilates protégé, Romana Kryzanowska. After the seminar, acquired 600 hours of apprenticeship work. Every 200 hours, issued an oral and written exam, all of which were passed successfully. Apprenticeship hours included teacher observation, instruction of private and group classes, as well as weekly teacher meetings.
