Commentary:

The Fall played this track at the concert to celebrate John Peel's 50th birthday. Race With The Devil is a cover of a Gene Vincent song, linked to here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E3gxQ1tetAQ. Gene Vincnet released the track as a single on Capitol Records in 1956. The co-writer of the song was Bill "Sheriff Tex" Davis, Gene Vincent's manager.

The version on The Remainderer EP (details above) is the same as on the original Peel birthday bash, but this time Say Mama (a new recording; see separate entry for this song) segues into it.
