How do you feel about reflecting on your practices? For some, it is a requirement for their continuous professional development (CPD) so it can be a dry, impersonal, tick-box exercise, yet others thoroughly enjoy it and use it to improve their practices, so can everyone benefit from it? 

Knowing the broad range of feelings and experience, this site was created with the aim of designing a reflection tool that would be relevant, interesting and helpful for a wide range of UK teachers, so everyone can learn to benefit from it.
