Communion Liturgy
takes place on Sunday mornings at 8:30 AM. The Liturgy is a more formal experience of Word and Sacrament, derived from the mass, the historic focal point of Christian worship. Our beautiful new organ provides the accompaniment for many of the majestic hymns, psalms, and canticles of the Church. Although it is more formal worship experience, it remains a welcome atmosphere, and we do our best to make it vibrant and accessible to all who worship with us.

Our Contemporary Service is held on Sundays at 10:15 AM in the sanctuary. This service—featuring the essential elements of the Liturgy—is generally more informal and relaxed. The first part of our Sunday morning gathering involves many of our children; following the Children’s Message, children are dismissed to Sunday School. The music for this service is led by our worship band, “River’s End,” and features a more contemporary selection of Christian worship music, as well a some familiar and beloved hymns. Once every summer our 10:15 service is held outdoors.

Midweek Services are held during special seasons of the church year, particularly Advent and Lent. All are welcomed and encouraged to participate in these special times of devotion and prayer. Special services include Lenten noon and evening prayer, Holy Week services, and Advent Taize services (a contemplative form of prayer based on the practice of the Taize community in France.)
