Nutella Cookies (Gluten Free)

Makes 1 dozen cookies.

The ingredients:
1/2 cup Nutella (or other chocolate hazelnut spread)
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup powdered sugar

Cream Nutella and peanut butter together.  Add egg and vanilla; mix well.  Add powdered sugar and beat until smooth. 

Shape into balls and place on parchment paper lined cookie sheet. 

Bake at 375 degrees for 7-8 minutes.  Take care NOT to overbake.  You want to take these out right before they look set up.  Allow to cool on wire rack.
