Pumpkin / Sweet Potato Pie

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.


One unbaked pie shell

2 cups of cooked, mashed pumpkin or sweet potato
2 eggs, beaten
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon each of ground nutmeg and ground cloves

Mix all ingredients well, making sure there are no lumps and pour in the unbaked pie shell.

Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350 degrees for 35 to 40 additional minutes.
