Hash Brown Casserole


1 large pkg. frozen hash browns 

1 can cream of celery soup 

1 can potato soup

3/4 cup sour cream

1 can of green beans 

2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

1 medium onion, chopped

1 cup lean ham, diced 

1 stick of butter, softened 


1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Grease a 9x13 pan or casserole dish. 

2.  Mix all the ingredients together in large mixing bowl, sometimes using your hands is the easiest way to get this casserole mixed evenly.

3.  Pour into greased 9x13 dish and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes.  

4.  Serve hot with a side salad and garlic bread.
