Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Cookie Pops

Ingredients:


NILLA Wafer
Peter Pan Simply Ground™ (Peanut Butter)
Melted chocolate - white and milk
Sprinkles 
candy sticks

Directions:

1.  After keeping peanut butter at room temperature for a couple of hours, spread a small amount on one flat side of a NILLA Wafer. 

2.  Place a candy stick onto the peanut butter on the wafer.

3.  Place another NILLA Wafter on top of the peanut butter and candy stick creating a mini sandwich. 

4.  Melt your chocolate, any melted chocolate will work perfectly.  

5.  Dip the cookie pop into the melted chocolate and completely cover. 

6.  Set dipped cookie pops on wax paper and decorate with extra chocolate drizzle and holiday sprinkles.  

7.  Once decorated, place pops into the refrigerator and let set for 15 minutes.  

8.  Once cooled, serve and enjoy!
