Broccoli Salad Recipe
1 head of broccoli (cut into florets)
1. In small bowl mix together the sugar, mayo and white wine vinegar.
2. In a large bowl combine the cut florets of broccoli, chopped onions, raisins, almonds and cheese.
3. Add the sugar/mayo mixture to the large bowl. Gently toss to ensure the mixture covers all the broccoli mixture.
4. For best taste, chill for one hour before serving.
