Does ANYONE else have a working Windows 3.1 computer that is fully functional....I don't think so!
So just consider this. I am just trying to help people who are being negatively affected by
hackers, crackers, spyware, viruses, ransomware, security breaches, etc.
Not to mention intentionally built-in failures.
