Financial Info

Any Girl Scout troop that is collecting money from members and spending money should have a troop checking account.  A minimum of two signatures must be on the account and it is recommended that the signers also have debit cards.

Girl Scout bank account guidelines can be reviewed here.  In order to obtain the necessary documents for opening an account, click here and complete the online form.  Many Reading Girl Scout troops have found Reading Cooperative Bank to be a great partner for Girl Scout troops.  There are no fees associated with the accounts.

Sales Tax exempt certificates can be downloaded by clicking below.  Additionally, if you or your troop spends money on behalf of the Reading Service Unit, reimbursement is quick and easy by downloading a form below and submitting it.
