Welcome to my poetry web site.
I write poems in more than one style. I think of one of my styles as crazy (experimental, post-avant, somewhere in that space beyond adequate terms) and another as direct, understated, small, the opposite of crazy. I see the opposite styles as indexes of each other, staring at their unrecognized mirror image in the pool of poems. Some poems float off into yet other styles, or in-between styles, and that's okay too.

I like the dogmatism that theorizes a style. I do not like the dogmatism that scorns the potential pleasure, however rejected, of another style.
